The book is about love.  The father of the girl is mad that she's in love.  Her father gives her what ever she wants because her mother died.  The illustrations are based on Chinese water colors.  Her kimono is made out of the finest silk and her umbrella is as orange as the sunset.    You can find this book in the folktale section in the library.
